Recruit Application Regulations & Format

Recruiting Regulations:
- You must be active in game (play at least once every 3 days)
- You must experienced on CS2D (killing /mapping /scripting) (it will be helpful)
- You must above 12 years old (13 is allowed and 12 is not allowed)
